Located in Rua do Almada, a few meters from the A Regaleira restaurant, where for more than sixty years was born the francesinha, the Francesinhas da Baixa Restaurant is now the cathedral of this delicacy of the Porto city, and that has conquered Portugal from north to south, as well as the tourists who visit us.
With a rustic and well-designed décor, this restaurant has francesinha as a specialty. With an average price of €10 per person, in its menu are presented about 20 varieties of francesinha: from the traditional ones to puff pastry or caco cake, also counting on the saw cheese, vegetarian and seafood, not forgetting the celiac. At lunchtime they also have varied dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine.
The restaurant Francesinhas da Baixa has a capacity for 140 seats and also accesses and supports for the disabled.
